Due to the time and intention involved in the making of handcrafted jewelry, delivery times vary slightly depending on material availability and current studio workload. Confirmed timelines will be shared upon order and if unexpected delays occur outside of NYTHSA’s control, you’ll be notified with an updated delivery estimate.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
Ready—to—Ship pieces; Dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Made—to—Order pieces; Please allow 3–5 weeks for production and delivery.

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your piece has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and, where applicable, written in the language of the receiving country to avoid delivery issues. Please note that NYTHSA Inc. is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages once dispatched, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
